Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your kid's shoes, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
Returns:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Shoes must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging intact.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:
- Shoes that have been worn or are damaged will not be eligible for return.
